We understand that choosing the right optic can be challenging. That’s why we created our 60-Day Scope Out Guarantee — to give you complete confidence in your purchase. With this policy, the risk of choosing the wrong optic is a thing of the past.

If, within 60 days of purchase, you decide your optic isn’t the perfect fit for your needs, we’ll exchange it for a more suitable model of your choice. This guarantee allows you to thoroughly test and evaluate your optic — including magnification, reticle type, turret configuration, and overall performance — to ensure it truly meets your requirements.

Conditions of Return

Optics returned under the 60-Day Scope Out Guarantee must be in reasonable, re-sellable condition. As these units are resold as used stock, we can only accept items that are clean and undamaged.

• – Normal light signs of handling or minimal marks from use during the 60-day period are acceptable, but the optic must remain fully functional and in good condition.

We cannot accept optics that have:

• ×Crimp marks, blemishes, or visible damage
• ×Excessive wear or misuse
• ×Missing boxes, paperwork, or included accessories

Your Statutory Rights

This guarantee is in addition to your normal statutory rights. If an unwanted optic is returned in new, undamaged condition within the statutory 14-day cooling-off period, you are entitled to a full refund in line with consumer law.

When the 60-Day Scope Out Guarantee Does Not Apply

• ×The optic is a custom or special order built to your specifications.
• ×The price/order was a unique one-off deal tailored specifically to you.
• ×The returned optic is deemed unsellable due to excessive wear or damage (e.g., crimped tube).
• ×The 60-day period (starting from the date you received the item) has expired.
• ×The S.O.G. has already been used once within one year of the original purchase date.
• ×The item is not an optic (e.g., rings, rails, or accessories).
• ×The optic was purchased via Amazon, eBay, or a finance provider.

Records of all Scope Out Guarantee exchanges will be kept.

Example

A customer purchases a BRAND X 4–12×50 AO Mildot scope for field target shooting. After 45 days of testing, they realise they need greater magnification.

They complete the Scope Out Guarantee form, include a printed copy with the return, and send the optic back (in good, resellable condition with the original packaging and paperwork) at their own cost.

Upon receipt, our returns team inspects the optic. As it qualifies under the guarantee, the customer exchanges it for a BRAND Y 10–50×60 — a more suitable model for their shooting discipline.

The customer pays the difference in price and return postage, and the new optic is dispatched. The result: the customer now has a scope that perfectly fits their needs — without being stuck with the wrong one.
