If a customer engages in verbally abusive behavior, we may take the following actions:

  2. - Refusal of future service. We reserve the right to refuse service or sales to any individual who has been abusive to our team.
  3. - Closure of the customer account. Any loyalty points or accumulated rewards associated with the account will be forfeited.
