We aim to respond to your price match requests within just 1–2 working days, so you can complete your purchase without delay. If you find an identical product available from another UK-based online retailer at a lower price, we’ll match it! Here's how our Price Match Guarantee Works:

 - You find the same product / model on a competitor's website selling for less than what Optics Warehouse are currently offering it for
 - Underneath the image gallery on OPW you'll find a green Price Match button. Clicking on this will bring up our Price Match form
 - Fill out some simple details about the product you're looking at, who has it cheaper and some contact information
 - If both us and our competitor have this item in stock, a member of the sales team will reply to your enquiry within 1-2 working days.
 

What's Excluded

While we strive to match prices, a few exceptions do apply:

 - Non-UK based retailers
 - Trade / wholesale prices
 - Prices exclusive to paid memberships, subscription plans, or special discounts (e.g., staff, student, NHS).
 - Any 3rd party marketplace such as Amazon, eBay, Gumtree, GunTrader, GunStar UK etc
 - Competitors selling at old-stock prices, or running a clearance sale.

Terms & Conditions

OPW will match the prices of in-stock products (excluding Optics Draws, delivery charges or other services) offered on identical terms and where we can check the price, stock position and where relevant your eligibility to purchase from the competitor.

The OPW Price Match Guarantee is only valid for UK retail stores and not those outside of the UK Mainland. OPW will match against any other online UK retailer store.

OPW does not match trade prices, prices only available as part of paid for membership/subscription, prices on Amazon, Gumtree and eBay or 3rd party marketplace seller prices e.g. GunTrader, GunStar UK etc.

We do not match exclusive discounts e.g. staff/ student/ NHS staff blue light and/or store discount codes.

Where an item/s has been reduced to price match, further discount by any form will not occur i.e. OPW Points, coupons etc.

Our competitor's product must be the same model number as ours. Both OPW and the competitor must have the product in stock and ready for delivery.

The OPW Price Match Guarantee is only valid at the time of sale and cannot be contested on previous orders.

We reserve the right to refuse a price match where we suspect fraud or unauthorised reseller activity.

As always, OPW Price Match is at our discretion. If we are unable to match the price due to competitors having product at old cost prices or are running a close out sale, we have the right to refuse the price match request.

Where an item has been reduced to match a price, we may withhold current promotions on that item.
