Optics Warehouse Shipping Policy

Our aim is to ensure that your order arrives as quickly, safely, and cost-effectively as possible.

Couriers

We use DPD, Royal Mail, TNT, and UPS for all UK and international deliveries. Tracking information will be emailed when your order is dispatched.

In-Stock Items

We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 1–2 working days. During peak periods, dispatch may be delayed. For in-person purchases, please call 01803 611 895 to schedule an appointment.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-orders are advance purchases for items not currently in stock. Once restocked, your item will be dispatched within 24 hours. Restock dates may change due to manufacturer lead times.

DPD PIN Code Deliveries

All DPD orders require a PIN code shown to the courier. This is sent via both email and SMS from “Riviera House 3PL”.

• A valid email and phone number must be provided at checkout.
• If you don’t receive your code, check spam/junk folders.
• Delivery will fail without showing the PIN. You’ll need to reschedule.

International Delivery & Taxes

For orders outside the UK, import duties and taxes may apply. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Customs inspections may also result in opened packages.

Please include your Tax/National Insurance Number in the "Customer Notes" section at checkout if ordering internationally.
