At the heart of the Telos XP50 is a 640×480, 17 µm Lynred thermal sensor with an impressive sensitivity of <18 mK NETD. This advanced sensor is complemented by a powerful 50mm f1.0 aperture lens, enabling the monocular to detect heat signatures at distances of up to 1800 meters, even in challenging weather conditions like fog, rain, and snow. Pulsar’s Image Boost technology further refines image clarity, contrast, and detail, offering a realistic, highly informative view of complex scenes. The Telos XP50 also allows for manual adjustments of thermal sensitivity, making it easier to detect wildlife and other heat-emitting objects in variable environments.
Designed with user comfort in mind, the Telos XP50 features an ergonomic layout with intuitive top-panel buttons, a customizable menu interface, and adaptable hand straps that accommodate both left- and right-handed users. The focusing and magnification rings are positioned for easy access, ensuring smooth zoom and focus adjustments. With 8 color palettes to choose from, the Telos XP50 enables users to tailor their viewing experience to specific tasks, optimizing detection and reducing eye fatigue for extended observations.
Durability and performance are also central to the Telos XP50’s design. Its rugged, IPX7-rated rubber-armored housing protects it against water ingress, allowing it to withstand submersion in up to 1 meter of water for 30 minutes. The device operates reliably in extreme temperatures from -25°C to +40°C, making it an ideal companion for outdoor expeditions in diverse environments. With a long-lasting LPS 7i Li-Ion battery pack, the Telos XP50 offers up to 8.5 hours of continuous operation.
Capturing and sharing memorable moments is seamless with the Telos XP50’s built-in still image and video recorder. Boasting 32GB of internal storage, it provides ample space for hours of footage and thousands of high-resolution photos. Additionally, the Telos XP50 is compatible with Pulsar's Stream Vision 2 app, allowing users to control settings, view real-time footage, and even update firmware remotely via Wi-Fi. This connectivity ensures that the Telos XP50 remains at peak performance, with the latest features and functionalities available at the touch of a button.
The Pulsar Telos XP50 stands as a pinnacle of innovation in thermal imaging, offering a customizable, future-ready experience for users who demand the best in durability, performance, and technological adaptability.
